Kelley is outstanding – you couldn’t ask for a better real estate broker. She came highly recommended by a friend, and I owe him now. We had a 10 acre lot languishing with 3 different realtors for over 5 years, trying to sell it, after giving her the contract she found buyers in 2 weeks for a good price!! We also had to sell our house, it was sold in 3 days and we got more than we asked for! She gave us extremely valuable tips on how to improve the chances of a sale without having to remodel, we followed every tip she gave us and it paid off big time. I have sold and bought other properties in different states and have never had such a positive experience. Kelley definitely knows the market, knows how to sell, and a what price, and gets the job done. She communicates by email, text or phone, and her responsiveness is awesome. We couldn’t be more satisfied with Kelley’s service, it was a great experience to work with her.
