I am already recommending her to anyone I care about who is looking for a home in this area. We were first time homebuyers moving back to the states from overseas. Kelley created a home listing tailored to our specific needs, price range, and desired amenities. Additionally she provided invaluable input on our specifications that led to a much more productive home search. Once we arrived in town Kelley had organized an amazing viewing of 20 listings on the first weekend so that we could find our home fast (as requested by us). She then worked with us to narrow down our search while also viewing several new listings on the market. Kelley’s professional presentation of all these homes allowed us to quickly narrow our search to our must have home that was perfect for us! We heavily relied on her advice for our first proposal and she did not disappoint! Our offer was accepted and on better terms than we thought possible. Kelley then assisted in coordinating our inspection and all additional work. She handled almost everything for us to include locating a local lender so that we could close quickly. She is an established realtor in her areas and has long standing relationships with many companies. Kelley made it possible for us to land and buy a home and move into it all within 3 weeks of arriving to San Antonio. Additionally, even after we closed on our home Kelley has continued to help us through many of the first time experiences we have had as new home owners. I can not recommend her enough and she outperforms all expectations I had of any real estate agent. I will be using her if I sell my home in the future and when I buy additional homes in the area (if she will take us).
