My husband and I really don’t know where to start, other than Kelley has been phenomenal. We are a military family and working with Kelley was our 5th move, 4th time buying a home. She has hands down been the BEST we have had. And timing wise, we needed her this move. She has been there with us through the worse move we have had and a strength navigating everything. From COVID19 restrictions, a crazy sellers market in San Antonio, to the home we were under contract and set to buy receiving storm damage 12 days prior to close (and subsequent sellers refusing to provide proof of an insurance claim or a licensed professional providing remediation to the wall) leading to broken contract, we have been through a lot. Kelley has been professional throughout, VERY responsive, extremely well connected and detailed in assuring us the best for our family. Earlier on in the process she dug into a SDN and leveraged experts in the local area to advise on an engineers report…the seller listed something to the effect of remedied excess moisture, epoxy floors etc…only for Kelley to investigate and discover the builder forgot to put a water vapor barrier under the home foundation! That’s not excess moisture, and that foundation will pop in less than 10 years! A big thanks for that save Kelley. Her market analysis has been spot on too as she accurately called a home not going to appraise with the VA loan. Her confident and blunt negotiation skills paired with her factual market analysis make her very skilled in pricing homes. Which helped us land the home we purchased a week ago in a fast moving market. Several homes are receiving multiple offers and speed is key. Speaking of speed, I have to put a plug in for Kelley’s partner lender, Carlos. He has been great and got us through the lending process in under 30 days (25 days for us). He also has some of the best rates to offer, so I highly recommend speaking with him to discuss options as we ended up getting a 2.36 rate. As I mentioned earlier, her network within the community is strong. She has a person for everything. From a handyman to help repair, to local quality HVAC company (we just used them to put in a UV filter), to paint guy, real estate attorney, etc… I can’t type enough great contacts she has provided. Her broker and brokers attorney have also helped and been responsive during the broken contract fiasco. So…at the end of a 5 month search, find and search again, we are so happy to finally have a safe and beautiful home for our family and in a great community. We couldn’t have done this without our agent, and we give our highest recommendation for Kelley.
